Tucked away upon a South West facing part of the Cuckmere Valley above the idyllic village of Litlington.

5 minutes walk from the south downs way, the space has a separate shower room, loft bedroom with king size bed, comfy L shaped sofa, fridge, microwave, kettle but no oven.

Steep steps lead up to the the bedroom so this accommodation is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties.

 

We welcome guests with dogs as long as they are not left alone for hours. Dog bowls and towels provided.

There is a steep/ gravel track leading up to the house which isn’t suitable for very low cars.

​​

Great wifi (70mbs) suitable for zoom meetings.
